Like texdav said, it could be an ear infection, a wisdom tooth problem, an infection in the root area of the tooth itself...

and I'll add "possible sinus infection" to the mix.

So i am suggesting you that before you proceed further just go for the dentist once other wise you getting late and the things become more difficult. Be careful for any type of problem you have done.

When I had a cracked tooth I could feel the pain radiate from the mid-line in my lower jaw all the way to my lower right molar (#31). I could also feel it in my ear. Severe pain. Ibuprofen would relieve the pain, but I still had the problem. Suggest you see an oral surgeon asap. Hope you are well now.

I have had a toothache for about a month off and on the last week and half it is unbearable, I'm on a antibiotic since last Thursday. Since Wednesday of this week I now feel like I have a ear infection and all my teeth are tender to touch, the same side of the toothache my throat is killing me. Please help!

When I had an infection with a wisdom tooth, that whole side of my face and neck hurt. It's normal when you have a reallly bad infection. You might need stronger antibiotics.

Here's my advice: get it checked out by a dentist.
