Part of my tooth broke off yesterday so I scheduled an emergency appointment to get it capped for today. My regular dentist was on vacation, so the other dentist in the office was scheduled to do it for me. All he did was put some stuff on my broken tooth because it was so sharp and stabbing the hell out of my tongue.
I have to wait for my regular dentist to come back from Vacation (appt. is next Wednesday) and this stuff the dentist today put on is already wearing off. Is there something I can put on my sharp tooth so my tongue can start to heal and not be stabbed for the next 9 days? I read somethin about dental wax (?) but I don't know if it would work or where to get it.
