I'm 68, and have had had two, both involving upper canines -- one about twelve ago, the other about two. Very sedom get cavities, but some older fillings are breaking down.

I used to have one, but after continued problems with that tooth I had it pulled out. With twice a day brushing, flossing and mouthwash use, as well as regular dental cleanings and checkups, I'm working very hard to prevent a repeat occurrence on any of my remaining teeth. I do have a number of crowns, though.

I've had 8 or 9 root canals, I've lost count. I had my first one when I was 25 and my last one a month ago, I'm 71 and have all my own teeth except for two that were extracted in my 20's because they required an apicoectomy and I couldn't afford it at that time.

I’m 58. A few cavities (all before age 30), 0 root canals, 0 crowns, 0 bridges or implants.

Ditto, but 62, missing two teeth due to orthodontia. Still have my wisdom teeth too.

One RC has a crown, one doesn't.

Yeah genetics plays a big role and I think you are more likely to have problems if you had braces as a kid because I always get asked about if I had braces in regards to the problems I’ve had with my gums and my one tooth that has a root canal due to resorption. However, with the gum issues, both my parents have that. I am in my 40s.

I have had 4 since age 55, all due to old fillings when in my teens that failed, though I guess I can’t complain that they lasted over 40 years. Thank goodness for dental insurance.

I've not had any either. No cavities, no root canals. No dental issues. Not even braces. 37. I plead the fifth on flossing, but I have an obsession with brushing my teeth. Every time I am able to I brush after eating (like if I'm not at work or out at a restaurant); I just can't stand to not brush my teeth after I've eaten a meal (after coming home from a restaurant, it's often one of the first things I'll do).
