A neighbor has concluded chemotherapy related to throat cancer. One consequence was the need to have all of her teeth to be pulled. She'll be getting dentures in early summer.

We have a partial with two anchor teeth and mouth movement, beginning to speak, etc. and it comes loose since it's only anchored by the two rear teeth. The dentist says there are near 20 muscles around the mouth and lips. Only practice will get to the point where the device will not come loose.

The neighbor will have no anchor teeth but some brand of dental adhesive?
We tried a couple brands and poor results.
We have anchor teeth and she does not. Which adhesive can help both persons?

revised:
We have tried two of the bottom three. Considering Secure = ?

I've seen several positive reviews about Secure. I have full dentures and use Polygrip cream. It's okay, and holds well but pretty gummy when trying to remove it. Secure is said to use much less of the adhesive, and that it holds tight longer than most others. Not sure how well Polygrip would work for partials. Secure might hold better. It just requires applying a thin film and spread it across the underside of the denture. People who are using Secure seem to swear by it. Downside is that Secure is a bit more expensive than other adhesive creams, but since it requires less of the adhesive, maybe it ends up lasting longer because you use less of it each time. It might be worth a try.
