Basically the anti-cavity listerine, costs about 3 dollars more, than the regular, which does not have flouride in, according to the ingredience.

But is the flouride enough to make a difference much since it's not highly concentrated compared to toothpaste, or what do you think?

Understand you can control 66.333% of your dental outcome.

Heredity: You have no control.
Hygiene: Keep up on mouth maintenance.
Nutrition: You are what you eat .

Eat healthy for the most part.Natural good old wholesome foods. Of course you can cheat. Everybody does.
Brush frequently. I find one paste or wash no better than the other as long as you are removing food particles.
Visit your dentist on a regular basis for Cleaning and Scaling etc...

Nuff said.

You are already getting the benefit of the fluoride in your toothpaste because you brush. Its an additive sort of benefit, not a fast-acting immediate one. I think the mere fact you physically rinse away food particles and bacteria during the day with anything probably makes the most difference, not the ingredients themselves...unless you rinse with something like Coke that is!
