As the title states, I'm looking for a teeth whitening kit that is relatively inexpensive like $100 or less. I can't really afford the laser treatments at the dentist b/c they aren't covered by my dental insurance. I'm in my 30's now and my teeth aren't as white as they used to be, they're not too bad, but noticeably more yellow than they were 10 years ago. Anyway, suggestions would be appreciated!

There are many whitening products which are safe enough in the market and you will have to decide which treatment is best for you. Many of the over the counter products work well with regard to the results, but many still cause sensitive teeth and sore gums. My understanding is that the risks really depend on how sensitive your teeth and gums are. Some of the professional products they use have decent results, but they can also cost you some pain. I recently tried a teeth whitening product which comes in the form of mint-flavored soft lozenge that slowly dissolves in your mouth while whitening your teeth. That worked pretty well for me.

These teeth whitening products have perked my interest as well. I will do some research and report back on what I find.

I didn't mean this to be my first post, but I just kind of jumped in because the topic is a hot topic no matter what side of the planet you live on!

I have been very happy with the results of the tooth whitening rinses. You use them before brushing, just like a mouthwash.

Well, we won't judge your for the fact that teeth whitening is the subject of your first post.
Just make sure your second one is about world peace or something else that is equally important.

Use crest night effects(before bed) + pro health whitening (day)

Brushing your teeth after meals/snacks and avoiding staining foods/beverages(coffee/cola/berries/etc) will fix it without having to worry about sensitivity issues that can come with whitening kits or uneven bleaching.
