7 bedrooms, 11 baths, 21,000 square feet on 5.7 acres in the Polo Club, all for less than 10 million.

It has a recording studio, 54 foot swimming pool, nanny's quarters and a guest house.

It looks like an under-furnished hotel, but the staircase is lovely.

He said he wants to live closer to Pepsi Center. He might have to buy a small hotel if he doesn't want to downsize too much.

Perhaps one of the realtors here can answer this:

Suppose you were the listing agent. If someone wants to see a house like this, do you do some kind of screening process to weed out the curious?

The listing agent will probably require a pre-qual letter from a lender and often times the listing agent or assistants are required to attend all showings.
There was a listing in Polo Reserve for 22 miilion last year; Have not checked yet to see if it sold. I have a friend in the Window biz who lives there..pretty snazzy little area except for the coyotes eating pets issue.

Its easy to infer that, but frankly he's here for another year so its a little early for him to become a renter. I'm sure at his salary he'll be able to afford a couple of mortgages at the same time.

And I do believe it was mentioned months ago he was selling so he could move closer to the city, maybe the listing is finally making the rounds.

That's cool that he lives (lived?) so close to where I live and work. Never knew it was right off of Mineral and Platte Canyon. Bet there was some good people watching there.

I got confused by 'Polo Club' since I thought 'Polo Club' was just south of Cherry Creek Mall and east of University so I was puzzled by the posts saying he wanted to move closer to downtown because that's already close to downtown.

That place is a cheaply built POS. You're trying to tell me that you get an ugly kitchen with tiny little black appliances for $10 million?! That looks like nothing more than some oversized McMansion thrown up by some national tract home builder. Disgusting.
