I am moving from MI to Centennial for a job. I have 2 pitbulls and the ban I keep hearing about is making me a little nervous. My older one is a pure pitbull and my younger one is a pitbull mix. Does anyone know where would be a good place to move where I would not be in the ban limits? Looking to rent out a room in a house so I am trying to figure out where to look. Thanks

Several cities in the Denver metro area have pit bull bans. Those cities are: Denver, Aurora, Commerce City, and Lone Tree. If you have pit bulls, don't live in one of those 4 cities.

Is Aurora on your list, considered Centennial? I know that the names have been changed and mixed since I lived there.

I believe Centennial is safe since they have their own laws (and mayor). If Aurora finds out of the pitbulls they can (and do) put them down. Just be careful that your dogs do not get into Aurora since Centennial is on the border with Aurora.
