Any suggestions on choice of these two areas? With work close by, we plan to be close to Parker/Castle Rock. What are your thoughts on any differences between them, which would you choose of the two, and why?

The Timbers. The reason is because it just prettier and a little closer to mountain man.

You get more land too

Actually I was just out there again yesterday I vote for Pradera. I guess it depends if you rather live off a golf course or prefer a mountainy type setting.

I was looking at a house off the the 2nd hole on the fairways which is pretty cool, had an outdoor fire pit too! They have about 2 or 3 available right now. Message me and let me know which area you choose.[SIZE=1][SIZE=1]

It's hard to decide. We like both areas alot! Were hopeful to land in Castle Rock, but just not finding the right house yet, and need to get settled before school starts. You all start early! Both communities seem great, so I know we'll be happy with either. Any feedback/insights/scoop on either area that we should know is welcome!

We decided to move to Greenwood Village because Parker was too far out for us. My Dad's friend is selling us his old house because he lives with his kids most the time now days and hasn't lived in his house for awhile so we are getting a great deal and saving even more because we aren't using a real estate agent ( we never signed), so we don't have to pay them.

Now my husband and I can jog into work if we wanted, we are really close!

The disadvantage is I wil live on the same street where I grew up and see the horrible people that bought my old house. I hate what they did to my house.

My Dad's wife sold the house really low so he would move out with her. She sold it to some male model who does nothing with the yard. I drove by and he tore out al the trees and plants my dad had and his flower bed is full of weeds and the grass was yellow. I heard he did remodel the inside of the house and it looks totally different now, not sure if it was for the better because from the outside it looks like utter &^^%$.

So when I move in 3 doors down I'll be sure to let him know the house is haunted and that I am glad he is not into landscaping because I didn't want all my pets I buried in the back yard accidently dug up.
