I noticed a lot of houses and I mean alot are for sale after people only living in the houses for a year or two. I also noticed the prices are going for 100k to 200k cheaper than the value of the home, some even lower. What's going on up there? I know people who live there and they seem obvilious to it, but something must be wrong that so many people are moving in and out so quick.

My guess would be foreclosures, but there could be other things as well for sure.

Actually I think there is only one foreclosure up there and 2 short sales. So that can't be it.
