Default here's what's missing

Food Coop
Independent Grocery Stores
real beer and wine in ANY store
More thrift stores
Building supply recycle store

That's about it. Everything else is cool.

Maybe it's because they wouldn't be able to sell 3 buck chucks.....that's what pulls me in.

I disagree. Friends of mine participate in a food coop, there are a few independent grocery stores scattered all over town, they are just really hidden, there is great wine and beer and booze found at Total Beverage just to name one, thrift stores abound throughout the city. I do not know about a building supply recycle store.

What makes a store independent? Are you really just p.o.'d that there isn't a Trader Joe's here??

I would like a better amusement park here. Not the dinky Elitch's we have. But more like the massive Six Flags in Texas and Florida. Crazy coasters and a real haunted house. Year-round. Who the heck wouldn't enjoy a year-round haunted house??

I also think we need wayyyyy more direct flights to Europe. Just sayin'.

Building supply recycle store does exist. It is the Habitat for Humanity Outlets and there are two in the area

Habitat Home Improvement Outlet Stores

Independent grocery stores are all over the area, mainly in the lower income areas that have lost named brand stores over the decades and the site has been taken over.

The same can be said for thrift stores as there are many.
