My office is in a building at Parker and Yale. Most of the office door signs are in Korean (ours is not, we don't even have a sign ). It's kinda like stepping into Seoul without going to Seoul.

I believe my boss was only seeking cheap rent when he found the place, I believe he only pays $140 for a one-room office.

Wow! At that price one could live in one as a bachelor apartment and take showers at a local gym.

And you could
-move in a couch, bed, or mattress
-eat microwaved food
-enjoy cold soda pop from the building's vending machines
-use the building's "facilities"
-use the building's free wi-fi
-use the building's ample parking
-use the building's dumpsters
-rent an extra office for storage

and if one was so inclined:
-attend the church that meets in the building
-take Taekwondo classes
-learn to play an instrument
-plan your next vacation
-manage your portfolio
-buy a vehicle
-have your kids babysat

...believe me, I have it all figured out.....it's just the "bachelor" part of the equation that stifles me.....
