Default Denver’s foreclosure rate only 0.3% (July 2015)

We are way on the right-hand side.

Denver's foreclosure rate only 0.3%

My only question is: who are the 0.3%?

Default Luxury home sales up 20.7%

Luxury home sales up 20.7%

"The most expensive sale was $11 million for a 7,500-square-foot, seven-bedroom, six-bath home on 14 acres Cherry Hills Village;"

And, here you thought that greater Denver was unaffordable.

Default Rents still increasing--shocking

Denver area apartment rents soar even higher in August - The Denver Post

"In August, a median two-bedroom apartment in Denver was renting for $1,550 , a year-over-year increase of 5.3 percent.
That's actually less than the going rate in Broomfield and Centennial, where the median price tag for a two-bedroom apartment hit $1,800 and $1,630, respectively."

Denver's housing market drops a notch - The Denver Post

"Dallas pushes ahead of Denver as the second hottest real estate market in August."

"Agents in the Denver market report a cooling in activity in July and August from the frenzied pace seen earlier in the year."

Less people buying which could be increasing the demand on renting, driving up prices?

Inventory of active available homes for sale was 7,587 at month's end, a 1.6% increase in inventory over the previous month. Even the slightest bump upward can be very noticeable in a tight market like the greater Denver area. - In Denver Metro only, there are 3905 properties for sale.
