Hi Brisco, there are many areas where you could live here with those requirments, now a few years ago you most likely wouldnt have found a 4 br house for that much rent, it would have been much higher, but I dont think you would have to much trouble with the houseing market the way it is now.

From my own experience Littleton has been a great area to live in, I have lived in littleton since I moved out of my folks house in '77. Compared to some parts of the metro area there is not much crime. Schools are very good, my daughter went to Dutch Creek elem. many years go and it was a very nice grade school. In later years she went to Dakota Ridge HS, it was brand new at the time but is still a great school. One of the main roads going through South West littleton is Wadsworth Blvd., it has a reasturant row with many nice places on it, both chain and a few one off style reasturants. There are also many other places throughout the area with nice places to eat. And of course there are shopping malls all over the metro area with places in them as well.
