Best of luck on your move! I'm also "stuck" in the Tampa Bay area and I'm considering relocating to New Mexico (Albuquerque/Santa Fe) or Colorado (Denver/Boulder) among other places. I still have yet to visit though. I'm just kind of blindly applying to jobs in these areas and keeping my fingers crossed. I absolutely love the idea of sunshine combined with a dry climate, four seasons, and mountain vistas.

If you thought Denver was captivating try flying into Seattle sometime. On another note I'd stay very far from Atlanta unless you like flying cockroaches and hot/humid days for 7 months out of the year. Just sayin'

"Coloradoís unemployment rate dropped again in October, to 8.1 percent, the lowest rate in more than 2-1/2 years, as the state added 8,800 nonfarm payroll jobs, the highest monthly gain since early 2007, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment reported Tuesday."
