They're just beginning to build a large apartment complex on MLK and about Havana, across from the open space that is to become the Eastbridge town center. I believe these apartments are supposed to be finished by late Summer. The negative would be that the town center hasn't been built yet. You could also check out stapletondenver.com. I'm pretty sure that site has information on apartments.

There are also a lot of private owners renting houses and condos in Stapleton. Use Craigslist - with all the normal caveats. Search on this forum for safety tips while using Craigslist. There is a real-estate firm that deals pretty exclusively with Stapleton rentals if that's the way you wish to go - TJC Management.
