Need a good studio apartment downtown.. Want to pay $800 or less...

Within 4 blocks of downtown: Capital Hill , Highlands , Downtown, or LoDo are cool Areas. Wont be driving so I need to stick to pedestrian friendly areas. I get rentals every so often for business so I'm okay on making it to Grocery store.

Give me some good plugs, that'd be greatly appreciated.

I've already found a few good deals but hoping City-Data people can give some tips.

Currently in the High Lands but want to be closer to downtown and somewhere with a bit more going on.

I found a decent 1 bedroom building for $575 here in the higlands... right by zuni & spears ( on wyandot ) if interested... old building but for $575, it's a great deal. Even have views of downtown from your living room.
