We are looking for a place to move to in the Denver area. Our Daughter is going to be going to Denver univ. she starts August of 2012. we are looking for 2 rentals we would like to be within a 30 min. drive, or less! we would also like to be in a decent area. we have no racial issues. we are looking for a dog friendly area. we like it quiet, and affordable would be great! If anyone has any ideas we would appreciate it! Thank you!

What is your budget for each rental?
What features do you want/need? Bedrooms/baths, etc.
Is your dog(s) a pitbull?

ok the bedroom possibly both 2 bedrooms 2 bath, would prefer something with a fenced yard on both. both of our families have 2 dogs and none are pit bulls! we are in a duplex now with a 2 car garage but a one car would be ok for us and for the other one a garage would be nice but not mandatory. our daughter is going to be going to grad school at Denver univ. and a 20 or 30 min. drive would be ok! we have not had any luck one line. we would like to stay under 800. a month and the kids less would be better but we don't know the area and dont want to be in a bad area. Our daughter came to look at Ft. collins school and loved it but she didn't get in, there was something wrong with her transcripts! so any info that you could give us would be great!
