Unemployment Denver (taxes, title, office)

I'm posting this though my phone and it cramps my fingers so I apologize if there are any errors

The company I had worked for closed its office back in October. I filed for unemployment immediately and was approved. I received my first unemployment check about 3 weeks later and everything seemed fine until it was time to request payment again. My payments weren't going through and I kept receiving letters in the mail stating a different error like bank account information was wrong or I requested a change of address which all were false. Anyways about 3 payment cycles passed before they resolved the issue. So that's 3 paychecks I didn't receive. I was just hired at a new job and start Monday. I was wondering if I receive the money they owe me? I pay my taxes and never cheated the system so I feel as if I was screwed. I had to borrow money from grandparents to get by during that rough month...

Also if I'm entitled to these payments does anyone know how to receive them? I'm filing my last payment Sunday.
