Green Valley Ranch is cheap, and it's as close to the airport as it gets.

I work at an apartment community in North Lowry...one bedrooms start in the $700's. Other communities around us, while not as nice, start in the $600's or so. Yes, if you go to Lowry town center it will be pricey...but look on the outskirts (a few blocks south of Colfax for example) and it is cheaper...also, a few blocks north of Colfax towards Stapleton might work.

Developments like Lowry and Stapleton were built near historically lower end markets, so while rents and prices is the middle of them are exorbitant, the outskirts will be a bit cheaper....for now anyway.

Ah, so the East Colfax neighborhood then?

::waiting patiently for NW Aurora to become East Stapleton::
