Default Are You Moving to Denver Metro Area?

Have lived in Colorado for 4 years, Parker 2 of that.
What you need to know about the area:
Parker is one of the nicer areas to live in, but is becoming more and more populated. Parts of Aurora, Montebello, Commerce City.....not so good.
Traffic: very nice morning (6:30 AM) commute, but 8AM and 5PM can be crowded.
Population: still low, but growing.
Cost-of-Living: Not to bad.
Weather: thunderstorms, sometimes hail, lots of lightning, cold (sometimes freezing)/snowy weather. Have video/photos of all of this weather. A lot of folks have snow blowers for a good reason. First snow can be Halloween, last snow can be Mother's Day Weekend.
Colorado is a beautiful State and so are the Rocky's, but we do get a winter here. Please remember that, you folks that are thinking about moving from FL. or So. Cal. to here.

Thanks for posting this. I loved the time I spent in the Denver area, but noone I spoke to there could pinpoint for me how much and for how long it snowed there (many said it was not considerable which I found confusing). I appreciate the clarification.
