Default Highlands Ranch

Gpraceman...I wonder if we are neighbors!

The homes by Rocky Canyon High in the Wildcat subdivisions are considered Littleton and not Highlands Ranch, I believe. We almost bought a house in there and found out that there is no access to the rec centers. However, you do have the subdivision pool instead!

There are some great homes across from Rock Canyon which sounds like it may be what you are looking for, adlmast. I am not sure, but those homes may start at $600,000 and up. I haven't searched the web sites lately. RE Colorado and Colorado Home Finder are two great websites for searching.

Thanks to everyone for the great information. We have an agent taking us around on Sunday. I'll make sure to hit all the areas that you've mentioned.

There are a few homes there for sale from $657K to $799K. Nice big homes on some good sized lots (10K to 30K sq ft). Too bad you don't get access to the HR rec centers. Looks like that development is called Wildcat Ridge.

That area is known as Wildcat Reserve or Intrawest. You'll see legal descriptions with Intrawest...MLS will either say Wildcat or Intrawest. It is not Littleton. Residents may use the Littleton mailing address, or Lone Tree or HR, the local postmaster doesn't care.

8-10 years ago, they voted not to join HR. I thought it was a joke - their HOA fees are the same.

My two older kids went to Wildcat Elementary, before Redstone was built.
