Hello,

I'll be moving to Denver CO towards the end of this week and am looking for apartments. I work in Greenwood Village and hence looking for apartments which are closer to Public Transportation. I came across Prescott apartments and Tamarac vill. Can anyone give some reviews on these apartments (safety, public transportation, general public..) anything would help.

Thanking you in advance.

Prescott Apartments Ratings, Reviews, Map, Rents, and other Denver apartments for rent from ApartmentRatings.com

The lack of reviews could also be a good thing

Tamarac Apartments Ratings, Reviews, Map, Rents, and other Denver apartments for rent from ApartmentRatings.com

That might not be the place you are looking for...

James

Try rent.com - its a wonderful site for finding apartments (there are so many to choose from).
Good luck in your move!

Reviews on that website are a funny thing....you really have to take what you read and divide by two. If the place has better than a 50 percent rating I would say they are doing better. I would say that most people that go to that website compalin...but you can still get some good info. James

Default Prescott Apartments and Tamarac Village - review needed

The Regional Transportation District Home Page

This will give you bus & light rail routes and stops.

The light rail generally follows the I-25 and I-225 highways. So, if you want to take light rail to GV, you could try to live close to the following stations along I-25: Yale Station or Southmoor Station, or the following along I-225: Dayton Station, or Nine Mile Station (the last being in Aurora). If you work in GV, you'll probably get off at the Orchard station. There is call'n ride service that will take you to your office building from orchard station, if it's not in easy walking distance.

Assuming you are not going to rent sight unseen, you can ask about public transp. when you see the apt. In general, most everything is fairly close to an RTD stop, and there is always CallNRide.
