Hello all, I am close to graduating college with a degree in Kinesiology and am going to be looking for a change of scenery. I've been in Phoenix for almost four years and it has been more than enough.

Professionally, I will be involved with athletic training, most likely at the high school level, but with hopes of moving up and eventually opening a private facility. A good place for me would be one where competitive sports are king and injuries are plentiful.

Privately, I like places that seem smaller and less hectic than they really are. I am a fairly private person, so a close knit community isn't too important to me, but I enjoy people who are friendly, active, and healthy.

I am originally from a small town in Missouri, where we hunt, fish, drink, and race cars. I'm not a big drinker or racer anymore, but I would enjoy getting back into hunting, and Colorado seems like a fun place for that.

Any elaboration on things mentioned above would be wonderful, as well as any other info you would like to share, such as, how celebrated the Broncos are, what you think about local government and law enforcement, and anything else you think a prospective Denveronian (Denvernite? Denverecion? Denverolian?) should know. Thank you

I think you should look at Colorado Springs as well. I know nothing about job opportunities in your field, but there may be jobs there, too, and it may match what you're looking for in a city.
