Hi everybody,
I would love to get some input or direction. My husband and I are considering a move to Denver. I am trying to research the area. My husband would be working downtown (on broadway). We have 4 young children, so good schools are a priority. Also high on the list is a decent commute (less than a half hour would be preferred) and our price range is 400k-430k. What town/neighborhood would you suggest we start looking? Is there a place that fits all 3 criteria?
Thanks a lot!

The City of Littleton has very good schools, nice homes, and an easy commute (Littleton is directly south on Broadway). Try the areas that feed into Heritage HS or Arapahoe HS.

Another area to look is in Greenwood Village/Centennial. Excellent schools and nice houses. Commute could be longer than 30 min though. Especially during rush hour.

Both areas are accessible to downtown via light rail.

HI Nouni7,
My wife and I lived there 2008-2010 and we lived in the Centennial area. Thats south of downtown. Its a very nice area with good schools and great shopping near-by. Also the light rail is a great option for that area, check it out. We may be moving back next year, I really miss the area. I have more ideas, if you need the help let me know and I will give you my email.
