Default University of Colorado Hospital commute

At the worst traffic hours of the weekday in average winter conditions, how long would the commute be from Golden to the University Hospital in Aurora?

I would say a lot depends on the time of day and snow conditions.. I think it could take as long as 1-1 1/2 hrs in peak traffic with snow which means there could be accidents.
