I stayed there when I first came to Denver and had no problems. I really enjoyed the free internet (it works a lot better than where I am now) and the flat panel screen. It’s in a safe area and walkable to many eateries on Colfax and three blocks to 16th street mall. The tenants there also seem professional, which can be important. I could of saved a few bucks and stayed at some roach motel in cap hill but I choose to pay for a clean place with amenities. It made my intital stay in Denver easier while I looked for employment and explored the area.

Watch out for these people. They falsely advertise and the property is on the border of a bad area.

Ads were posted online that rental units were available on a weekly, monthly or long-term basis. These ads were placed on the net, on brochures printed by Cambridge available on-site, and banners displayed on their property.

When I called to ask about renting for a month, I was told they are not offering short-term rentals. I then wrote to them advising them that advertising something they did not have was false advertising and it would save them and me hassle and time if they did not advertise short-term rentals if they did not really have them. Their official response, "Get a life..."

My girlfriend called asked the same questions about short-term rentals and was given the same response. When she wrote advising them they were falsely advertising and that could get them in trouble their official written response began with "Bring it on..."

We have never seen such unprofessional and immature behavior from a business. We are extremely glad we did not rent here.

The property looks nice from the outside but also be aware that several porno shops, adult video arcades and head shops are right around the corner from this place, as well as a plethora of homeless panhandlers.

BEWARE!!!

don't know anything about the apts themselves, but that area
is right smack dab in the middle of downtown, just a half block
from the Capital. I guess if one wanted to live in the hustle and
bustle of a downtown district that would be ok, but personally
I'd pick something a little farther out, but then I'm a suburban
type of person. If you really want to be downtown, its easily
accessible by rail or bus to all areas of the city.
