We want our son to study in Cherry creek school dist.We are planning to buy in Tallyns reach or tall grass.Can anyone tell if these areas are good or should we buy in HR only?

Default good choice

Go for TR, it is a very nice development. It has a feel with the pine trees and the hills that the other locations lack.

HR is not in CCSD, it is in Douglas County. Tallyn's Reach, Tall Grass, Southshore, Beacon Point....all nice new/newer subdivisions in the CCSD.

What are you looking for and why?..people here can point you in the right direction.
