I am going to visiting Denver in January and have found a few restaurants I would like to check out. I wanting something with seafood. Which is better, Asian Cajun, The Red Claw, The Crawling Crab, or Yabby Hut? Thanks in advance!

Being from the Gulf Coast, we were curious to try the Asian Cajun upon arrival in Denver. I had a shrimp poboy, and while it was edible, it was nowhere near a "real poboy". Try one of the others.

I like Jax fish house, McCormick's & Schmidt's, even Fresh Fish on Hampden.

Fresh Fish on Hampden is not worth visiting, the food is at best mediocre.

We prefer Jax, although if you're willing to drive Jax Boulder is even better than Jax Downtown.

Since Denver is about 750 miles from the nearest ocean, the city is not particularly known for its seafood.

Okay, let's all stick to seafood. I like McCormick and Schmick's, one in LODO and one in DTC. The one in LODO is built into the Oxford Hotel, right off Wazee Street and it's bar is decorated in an art deco era cruise ship theme that must be seen.

How about Mexican seafood?

I like Agaveros on Kipling and Chatfield.
