Hello there,

My family and I are planning a move to Denver sometime this summer or early fall. I have been to Denver several times for work and even more to Breck/Keystone for vacation.

I am currently researching which area in or around Denver would suit us best. We are both in our mid - late twenties, have 2 small children and are veteran travelers of the states. We are coming from Kansas City, and have spent ample time in Chicago prior.

We are looking for an area that would offer a decent schools and a sense of family orientation, but also a sense of culture and happening that appeals to couples in their twenties. Basically, we don't want to end up in a cookie cutter suburb lol.

My wife is a nurse and I work in IT. We have ample money saved (please note I am not looking for financial advice - I have lived on my own and manged finances for some time and am not looking for guidance on this matter).

Any advice pertaining to suitable demographics is welcome and thank you for your input!

Default In the City of Denver

4 DPS elementary schools
Bromwell - Bromwell Elementary
Steck - Welcome to » Steck Elementary
Stapleton - Stapleton Schools | Westerly Creek Elementary
Cory - Cory Elementary

For the first three, you MUST live within the school's boundaries. If you find a house/apartment, then call the school to make sure.
Not sure about Cory. You should call them.

Find your Neighborhood School - Denver Public Schools
