Default new Construction costs and builders

What is the average price per square ft for a custom built home (on your lot) in the denver area. I'm not talking the cookie cutter mass production builders like in highlands ranch, but a builder who will build off of my blueprint. I know I can always find the real high end builders, but what about the average or lower end of the builder spectrum.
Also, are most houses in the area frame construction? I know down here in Florida, a frame house is just one step up from a mobile home on the construction ladder and they are almost impossible to sell on the market.
Are there a lot of Concrete block houses or is concrete ultra expensive due to the lack of local raw materials?

I'm trying to determine what size and type house I can build within my budget.

Thanks,
Nav

Default google it

Depends on what's going inside. look at polysteel for ICF, and steel frame, Deltec, . Also basement, Radon protection, 2x4,6,8? Roof, siding, ginger bread, finish it yourself? Go to work at Lowes and get " cost + 10% " the price of everything to build / complete your house........
