I am also interested in Northwest Arvada for the same reasons. I have a daughter starting preschool next year and will also need a day care for baby girl. I cant find much about this area in other posts.
Also-what is the deal with the nuclear plant I have seen in another post?? Is this still a concern?

Rocky Flats was not a nuclear power plant, it was a nuclear weapons production facility. Specifically, it made plutonium triggers for nuclear missiles.

Though the area closed down production in 1992, the area was significantly contaminated with radioactive waste. Though the area has been cleaned up, it is unfit for human activity. It was declared a national wildlife refuge because any type of building would disturb the soil and possibly release radioactive dust into the air.

1. The Chicoms (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/chicom) are producing Pu and increasing the number of nukes.
2. Barry Soetoro (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barack_...iracy_theories) has announced efforts to weaken the USA by reducing our nukes (http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013...uclear-arsenal).
