Hey all,

I currently live in the Bradburn Row apts. and I am looking to buy a home and would like to stay in the area/vicinty, the closer to Bradburn the better. Does anyone know if they will build more homes on the empty lots by that charter school.

Yes, they will. Century Communities has purchased that property and has in the planning stages a small neighborhood of 59 single family homes that will be similar in style to what they've built in Bradburn. The homes will range from 1800-2500 sq feet 3-4 bedroom and will be priced in the $350-450 k range last I heard. Century will be the only builder for this area--currently called Bradburn East. It is unknown right now if that area will be included under the existing Bradburn HOA, which would provide pool and clubhouse access, or if it will be separate. They will however, be in easy walking distance to Bradburn's shops and restaurants, including the new Whole Foods, so that's a plus.

Last they told us, timeframe on having sales was Nov of this year, but that could easily change.
