I have the day off and no family in Denver so I was looking to volunteer. Wondering if you folks have any leads? I tried the Denver Rescue Mission and they are all stocked up on volunteers.

Thanks

James

I heard that Volunteers of America was looking for people to deliver meals on Thanksgiving day.

Default Volunteering

Rock Bottom Brewery still needs volunteers on Thanksgiving evening from 3-5ish to serve food. I think it's at the Brewery on the 16th St Mall. Go to RockBottomInc.Home or Rock Bottom Foundation.

Religious or not, the Denver Rescue Mission is a great group. An unemployed neighbor of mine heard a TV story that the Rescue Mission was not going to have enough turkeys for Thanksgiving, so he started a neighborhood turkey drive. He personally took the turkeys down to Denver from Louisville.
