Haha Dave! I guess thinking about that high private school tuition made me worry about potential high water bills. I'm really not weird, just greatly worried about the upcoming move. Lol.
I actually would prefer a public school for my child, as that is what we are used to. I just want it to be welcoming to a new student. I guess I was hoping for an area or school with a lot of transferees who know how it feels to be new at a school and know no one.

If you are worried about your child being welcomed, then you might try Campus Middle School in Cherry Creek. Because so many people move into the district because of the schools, they have programs for new students.

Private schools tend to have fewer kids move in, so cracking a clique might be a little harder there.
