One of my buddies is moving to Lakewood and wants to rent a townhome.
For apartments, there is enough information but what's a good site to check townhomes for rental?
Do all owner's put rental add in one place?
Craigslist?
Google?

Thanks

Talking No ads at all

Given that the Denver rental market has been at it's hottest in a long time, many rentals don't advertise at all. If you have a favorite neighborhood, you need to go literally door to door looking for signs in doors and yards.

Ya I kinda figured that since there is not a single one in my whole townhouse complex.
I think I saw one for rent this whole year and two for sale and they didn't even last few days.

I used a variety of hotpads.com, padmapper, zillow, trulia, etc. before we moved. Some had listings that others didn't.
