I'm leaving Denver next Tuesday the 27th, either using Denver to Cheyenne to SLC to Northern Californoa or I-70 to Green River, Utah to SLC then to Northern California.

Anyone know best driving weather forecast websites?

Thanks!
Thomas

Yes.

Go here

7-Day Zone Forecast for Northern El Paso County/Monument Ridge/Rampart Range Below 7500 Ft (http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?site=PUB&llon=-105.027088&rlon=-103.947088&tlat=39.530417&blat=38.452917&smap=1&mp =1&map.x=62&map.y=104 - broken link)

and find the little map (called "Detailed Point Forecast") on the lower right side and click on the area you are concerned with. On the link I provided it is centered on Monument, CO. You will have to center it up north, just keep clicking on the top of the graphic and it will re-center north.

Then find a link called "Forecast Discussion". It details the meteorologist's interpretation of the weather models. Very interesting and straight from the horse's mouth. See below:

Now, for real time road conditions, go here and click on "Road Conditions"
