Yeah but nothing like Milwaukee winters, we have been at -5- 15 degrees for what seems like month now and no sun and high winds and snows every other day.

Sunny and almost 60 today. I walked to my office in a t-shirt and jeans.

- Foothills (2 18-hole courses, 1 9-hole executive course, 1 par-3 course)
- South Suburban (2 18-hole courses, 1 18-hole executive course, 1 9-hole executive course, 1 par-3 course)
- Aurora (5 18-hole courses, 1 18-hole executive course)
- Westminster (2 18-hole courses)

There are also municipal courses in Englewood, Thornton, and Golden.

There are also several courses open to the public in the metro area as well.
Where would you recommend to go play around Capitol Hill?

I don't think I could play there?

Looking for proximity, but also local knowledge on where to play, and for "cheap" i.e. maybe $40 or so.

City Park Golf Course, even I know that and I've never been to "Dinver" as Phil Simms would say.

I played last month and it isn't really ideal other than the concrete like fairways mean you get a lot of roll. Good luck though getting approach shots to stick on greens, too often a good shot in summer just rolls right into trouble. Way it goes when they don't really water for months in a dry climate, but it is golf and it is often very cheap to play.
