We are a family of four moving to the Castle Rock area and we have a 40' Toy Hauler and a large medium duty truck that we use to haul it. We need to find a neighborhood that will let us park them and a large enough lot to eventually add on a garage big enough for them and all our toys.

I'll be retiring from the Air Force and working nearby, any suggestions?

You could pretty much eliminate any of the newer subdivisions. They are HOA controlled, have small lots, and would not permit you to add a new garage.

There are some exurban-type of houses that are on large (5+ acre) lots nearby where you could do this. Many people have barns for horses, cows, chickens, etc.

Try Louviers, Sedalia, and Franktown. They are all near Castle Rock and have larger lots and usually are more permissive to uses as you describe.

There are areas in Parker that you can check out as well. Friends live on Buckskin Road and have all their toys on their property. They live on 5 acres.
