I'm in search of a nice place to have a wedding ceremony on Saturday, August 30th.

I have an officiate for the wedding already (sister). Decided to have the reception at home because it's only 25 people and I can have food from Bennetts barbeque (they have party packs) at a very affordable price.

But I want a nice looking place that don't cost tons for the ceremony.

Close to Highlands Ranch would be nice since the reception is there. Most guest are from out of town and either won't have a car or won't know their way around town.

Please help. All suggestion welcome.

A lot of places are likely to be booked up, especially for summer weekends as you're looking pretty late.

What is affordable, do you have a budget figure in mind?

The less the better. I don't have thousands to spend, but want to make it as nice as possible.

I did talk with Hudson Gardens and they are very reasonable
$200 an hour plus another $100 if we want chairs.

All the other places I've called or found on the internet are over a thousand dollars just for a ceremony.

Totally understand, I'm actually planning my wedding with my fiance for September. We're getting married in Telluride though, where surprisingly we've seen some things cheaper there vs Denver.

Hudson Gardens would be a nice venue. Did you try Crystal Rose? If all else fails churches can be a cheap option, and there certainly is no shortage of those in HR

Moving the date would also be cheaper if that's possible for you. You get charged probably 50-70% more for having it on a Saturday

They have ceremony only options that are by the hour. No reception time.
