Me and a friend are planning on moving to a 950 SQ ft apartment in Westminster (Adams county). We were wondering what should we be expecting to pay for gas, electricity, water and sewer? We will be using xcel if that matters. I know they all vary on usage but we are just looking for a rough estimate to start our budget. Thanks!

Are you paying all utilities for the apt ? Nothing included in rent ?

Is heating gas or electric ?

You can call Xcel and ask to see what the average monthly bill is for the unit in question.
