There was a thing on 20/20 or 48 Hours years ago about some bum who hung around Wall St. in NYC, and he had a Lexus and a stock portfolio. College tuition saved for his three kids.

These stories are so damaging because people love to talk about them yet they are so incredibly rare.

I think we should put the homeless into labor programs if they fail to comply throw them in prison.

Was Goebbels a fan of FDR and the New Deal?

WTF... throw them in jail because they are homeless and didn't work out well in some labor program? If you honestly think this, you might need to see a doctor.

We need to sweep the streets of the filth and degenerates if we are ever to proceed to a glorious future.

I'm assuming you are quite familiar with how they all felt about FDR.

As far as making a comparison between the New Deal and the forced imprisonment of the homeless, I think you have some work to do. I've read a couple books on this subject recently, but if there's something I don't know about, I'd love to discuss via PM>

wow such hatefulness! The homeless get a bad rap because they don't submit to hamster-wheel living like others? As long as they aren't invading your personal space what do you care? The fact is they are doing less harm to this world than the rich. They don't consume nor pollute as much as you do--they are all minimalist by force, and that equates to less CO2 output. Yet you drive your SUV everywhere, use up 5 rolls of toilet paper a week, live the microwave life, and hate on others that don't suffer a 9-5 existence like you. I'll be damned.

I personally wouldn't move to CO just for the cannabis. You can stay on the california coast to get a free gram daily without suffering from extremities in weather, provided you have your prop 215 recommendation.
