Now that it has been open a while, whaddaya think? Positive addition? Eyesore and traffic headache?

I don't live in Hilltop, but I'm over there quite a bit and it doesn't seem to fit in at all. All that street parking on Holly feels unfortunate. And what about that architecture? Quite a bold move for such an established neighborhood. Feels like an unfortunate mistake.

I haven't been to it but have driven by it. The architecture is bold and does not fit in with the neighborhood. I noticed a lack of parking for customers. It would have been nice if they did something that fit in better with the businesses just across Holly Street, one of which is Pete's market.

Haven't seen that one, but I do love me some Park Burger, now. I'd be happy to have them nearby, no matter the architecture.

I like Park Burger and I go that location quite often.

HOWEVER, I think the building itself is an eyesore (especially those ugly round windows on the Cedar ave-facing side) and I feel like the neighbors probably hate it, since it has a small parking lot that is always full, so most traffic parks on the surrounding streets.
I live in the neighborhood just south of there, across Leetsdale.

I just drove by again and it really is incredible just how hideous this building is. It's like a giant purple pterodactyl smack in the midst of a lovely little neighborhood.

Poor Hilltop. LOL

I'm inspired to find a new route home. It's just too much.

Yay.. same option not to go if you don't want to.
To that end, I'd much rather see an H Burger or Park Burger than a McDonald's, Burger King, et. al.

In and out > them all

This Burger craze is out of control here! Has this always existed in Denver?

We want more Mexican, Korean BBQ, Pho, Indian, Sushi...Peanut Butter and Jelly... anything other than burgers!
