We're at a foot here in Southeast Aurora and it's still snowing lightly. CCSD hasn't called school yet, and part of me thinks they won't.

Just drove on I 25 south from the Pepsi Center to Hampden. I pity those in rush hour tomorrow morning. Icy and snow packed.

Sitting here at 6:45 a.m., drinking coffee and watching the traffic reports (having a good laugh). Seems some jackass speeding on 2 1/4 caused a major accident.

Somebody please report on many HOURS it took to drive to work.

I better get ready to leave. It may take me 10 minutes to commute the 3.4 miles to the office.

It only took me 30 minutes to get to work. I took Lucent to C470/E470 to Peoria. It was slow but not bad at all. I had my tea and radio so I was good. The side roads were a mess and icy in quite a few spots.

I shoveled three times yesterday. I got my work out in that way.

I didn't have any issues going from Stapleton to Lowry to Hale, maybe 5 minutes longer than usual because I was taking my time, but overall volume was very low so I mostly made up the time anyway. Roads were snow covered except for the biggies like Quebec, but it was packed down and not hard to drive on. Tonight may be a different story as there may be a lot more ice than there was this morning.

Shoveled a second time this morning but it didn't take very long, really just pushing the snow into piles rather than any actual shoveling.

Shoveled once yesterday and again this morning. No trouble getting around in the car. Roads were well-plowed in the south metro, and school was in session.

I wish I could have. At least everyone was driving safe this morning.
