I was just out, and it's really more the lack of visibility that's causing problems than slick roads, but do be careful.

They did suck pretty badly. I left home around 4:30P, got back around 7p. 65 min to go from I-70/Kipling to Iliff/Peoria, and 45 minutes to go from there to 64th/Sheridan.

Good times, but not really.

I didn't think it was all that bad out this morning though - enough sun to keep me comfortable while I was out shoveling. Yesterday afternoon, the actual temperature might have been a bit higher, but it feel more cold and raw out and I didn't want to be out of doors at all. This morning, I was happy to come inside after a half hour but I was fine while I was out there.

That's where I went wrong LOL. I go to work at 6:30, so I had to walk my dog at 5:30. right after a shower too. And of course my dog chooses today of all days to take his time pooping.

15 inches of snow in Boston, they call it "Snowpocalypse." 15 inches of snow in Denver, we call it "Thursday." lol.

It is almost over. 50s by this weekend followed by 60s next week. We made it through! At least we don't live on the East Coast.

I have never seen icicles in Denver this size, although I remember them on my childhood home back east. Some of them are enormous!
