Having recently moved and trying to budget here. How much, monthly, for wifi+cable+gas+electric (water, sewage, trash all vary so I'm not focusing on those items), and for a basic 1bedroom furniture rental from Cort or it's closest competitor (not sure who that is)?

This way I can decide how much rent I can afford. Although the rental market is crazy, I have also seen some 600-800 prices for 1/1...

If it matters, most likely Aurora and communities not very far away in order to keep a decent airport commute.

Aurora is rather large, is the job out near the medical facilities like Anschutz? Cross streets help us nail it down for you.

Internet/Cable -- Comcast should be about $100 a month to start, for a basic plan. It will increase over time, though.

Gas/Electric -- depends on how big and energy efficient the apartment is, what kind of heating they have, as well as how cool or warm you want your house. Ask people who will be living in the complex you choose what to expect to pay.

Furniture Rental -- Don't do it. Seriously. It's a rip off and quite possibly one of the dumbest financial decisions you can make in your life. Go to thrift stores if you don't have much money and need something temporary. We also have American Furniture Warehouse, IKEA, and even a Cort Clearance Center to allow you to furnish your home inexpensively.
