Choose someone who has experience selling recently in your community. Interview three or more and choose the best one. Find sellers in your complex, ask them if they would choose the broker again.
Ask some questions like:
How long have you been licensed? What is your marketing plan? Where are your listings advertised? What is you list to sold price ratio? What is your Days on Market for the last 12 months? What designations do you hold...
Check the real estate commissions website to review their disciplinary record.
