I wonder if I70 through the state to Kansas is safe to drive? Do they plow and salt it??

Default Driving out of state

I need to leave Colorado immediately to Miami and have to drive. I'm worried about I70 and driving conditions. Do they plow it all the way through???

I saw this but I don't know which is the bottom of the state and which is the mountains at the top. Is the MM higher at the bottom and go down towards the top of the state???

According to CDOT, I-25 all the way down to the New Mexico border is icy and snow packed. Not any better than the I-70 report.
