Thank you,they still have a large web page,I figured something was wrong.My wife purchased there hearing aids in April or May of 2014,they are excellent.I paid for earwax guards which someone acknowledged and charged them to paypal and issued a shipping label to UPS which says waiting for pickup.Paypal is investigating,so do not know what the outcome will be.Luckily not to much money,someone issued a $1.42 refund for postage which never reached paypal.
