I'm sure this has been on here before but I was wondering for two people w/ two kids. We'd like to live in the City of Denver. We'd like to do things like going to sporting events, concerts and maintaining an active lifestyle. Any thoughts.

Bring home at least $6K/mo. Easier in many of the suburbs.

Sounds like you'd like Stapleton. To live here in a typical 3 bdr. home, you'll pay at least $550K. You need at least $10K for mortgage and fun money. Unless you come here with at least $300K in equity.

How big a house do you want? What neighborhood do you want to be in? Public or private schools?
